Product Introduction
The Equipment system adpots a micro negative pressure thermal cracking internal rotary furnace to get the oil extracted in an oxygen-free environment, oil-gas to be condensed thn collected,and the non-condensable gas is used as a supplement. Fuel is burned to achieve resource utilization while avoiding environmental pollution casued by external emissions. Using Cracking technology, the oil-containing components in the processed materials are recovered. So that the oil content of the treated solid residue is less than 1%-2%. and harmful organic chemicals in the processed materials are cracked into harmless organic and inorganic substances.
Treatment Method
This process adopts a micro negative pressure horizontal internal rotating molten salt indirect heating process, which has strong targeting for the treatment of oil sludge materials. The shape and size of the material are less than 30mm, and the oil sludge with various properties is fed using a constant speed continuous automatic feeding system. The raw materials are subjected to high-temperature pyrolysis and stir frying in the furnace (the equipment adopts a self cleaning wall double axis spiral method to avoid the phenomenon of raw materials sticking to the wall). The high temperature is uniformly heated, promoting the full cracking of the raw materials to reach the required dry point of treatment. The oil and gas pass through the separation device, and the light components enter the condenser and condense into liquid oil. The non liquid phase part is input into the heating system through the gas purification system for combustion, and the waste gas generated by combustion is treated by the dust removal and desulfurization purification system to meet the standard before being discharged. The process plan of this equipment, which is different from conventional cracking equipment, can fundamentally solve the problem of raw material adhesion, making production smoother and safer. At the same time, the equipment adopts a fully sealed production method, and the environmental protection measures are relatively complete. There is a dedicated central treatment device for exhaust gas and a flue dust removal device, which adopts a negative pressure slag removal system to effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and organize emissions without leakage. Safety Measures
The product has undergone inspection and testing by multiple testing institutions to ensure the safety performance of the equipment. The safety hazards of the equipment mainly lie in the danger of direct combustion of the non liquefiable main components C1 and C4 alkanes. This product adopts resource utilization, and before combustion, it first passes through the first safety device water seal, and then through the second safety device gas nozzle to optimize its safety performance. In addition, the equipment is equipped with pressure gauges, automatic alarms, and temperature gauges. When the pressure and temperature inside the furnace exceed the set range, it will automatically alarm, release pressure, adjust the heating device, explosion-proof valve, and other automatic devices to ensure active safety.
