Waste Plastics Recycling

Countless amount of waste plastics are generated all over the world every day. While the traditional methods of landfill or incineration costs a lot resources and did not solve the environmental problem in a proper way. Pyrolysis technology offers a practical solution to recycling of waste plastics by converting it to liquid fuel oil as main product with high marketing values. Oil Sludge Recycling

Oil sludge could come from oil well drilling, oily contaminated soil or tanker sludge. It’s oily and sticky, and is difficult to process. It uses a customized pyrolysis plant for recycling of oil sludge. The raw material of oil sludge often comes in semi-solid and semi-liquid, packed in bags or in bulk. It can use hydraulic feeder or slurry pump to load oil sludge to pyrolysis reactor based on its conditions. The pyrolysis reactor is customized with anti-sticking design for long-term production.

Waste Engine Oil Recycling

Distillation is the process involving the conversion of a liquid into vapor that is subsequently condensed back to liquid form. In the application for recycling of waste engine oil and processing of pyrolysis oil, the feedstocks are heated to become gas state then the gas gets liquified by condensing and becomes liquid fuel. In the distillation process, the impurities are removed from the feedstocks.

Tyre Rubber Pyrolysis Process

The tyre rubber pyrolysis process converts rubber into pyrolysis oil, synthesis gas and carbon black by heating under oxygen-free conditions. This rubber pyrolysis process is essentially to deconstruct and reorganize the hydrocarbons in the rubber, thereby realizing the recycling of waste tires. Under high temperature, the chemical bonds in the rubber molecules break, and the complex macromolecular chains gradually decompose. In the end, gas, liquid and solid products with relatively small molecular weight are formed.
